We are pleased to bring back keynote speaker, Stephen Mullin, to share his expert views on the Short and long term impacts of the pandemic on Philadelphia’s economy and whether we can and will get the local economy back on an upward track. Steve is President and Principal with ECONSULT Solutions Inc., where he serves as the Senior Economic Advisor and Chairman for ESI ThoughtLab, an innovative think tank that offers fresh ideas and evidence-based analysis to help business and government leaders understand and respond to economic, industry, and technological shifts around the world. Over the course of his career, Steve has served on over 75 corporate/civic/cultural boards. In the 1990’s, he served the City of Philadelphia as both the Director of Commerce and Director of Finance during the city’s fiscal turnaround.
