What Does It Take To Become a Top Barron’s and Forbes Wealth Advisor?

May 6, 2021 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

The Bond Club of Philadelphia is pleased to present this members-only event, “What Does It Take To Become a Top Wealth Advisor?” featuring two top-ranked advisors by Barron’s and Forbes on Thursday May 6th at 4:00 pm via Zoom. We’ll engage in a “fireside chat” with Rob Thomas and Johanna Walters. Rob Thomas, CFA, CFP, CFS, is ranked #1 in Pennsylvania on Barron’s Top Advisors by State, and #5 on Forbes’ Best-In-State Wealth Advisor list for Western PA. As Managing Director with Mariner Wealth Advisors, Rob uses his more than 20 years of wealth management and investment experience to provide strategic insight to his team, clients, and business partners. Johanna Walters, CFP, CLU, CPFA, is ranked #1 on Forbes Best-In-Pennsylvania Wealth Advisors list, #11 on the Forbes Top Women Advisors in America, and was #6 as Barron’s 2020 Top Women Financial Advisors. Johanna has over 20 years experience in the finance industry and focuses on investment analysis, wealth management strategies, and estate planning services with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.

This event will be a “fireside chat” with Rob and Johanna, moderated by BCOP board member, Dr. Jonathan Scott – who also happens to have been Johanna’s professor at Temple University. Jon will engage Rob and Johanna in a series of Q&A as well as take members’ questions as we look to uncover their “Secret Sauce” in being named Top Wealth Advisors. We will also have a long-sought-after networking session with members after the official event. Via Zoom we will move attendees into smaller breakout groups where you can catch up with longtime colleagues and make new acquaintances as well.

This is a free event, exclusively open to all members of The Bond Club of Philadelphia. Kindly register below so we may have an accurate headcount.
